This was a Disney remake that went HORRIBLY wrong. Disney has the right to club penguin, and could technically bring it back, but I severely doubt that will happen any time soon. Just a week ago, Disney announced that club penguin island will shut down. Thank god Disney's club penguin can finally rest in peace. Once I created my penguin, I was on this pirate ship with RockHopper and a lot of random stuff happened, honestly I cant even remember. While it is debatable whether the CGI is good or not, I honestly wasn't impressed. Membership allows penguins to access more features within the game. First you're introduced to this very LONG loading screen, then in like 20 minutes they let you create you're penguin. I downloaded the game on my computer and then opened up the game. Probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made. When club penguin island came around, I wasn't very thrilled, but I gave it a chance. Club Penguin Island retains the core gameplay foundation of the legacy social game, while introducing a modern 3D design and enhanced features, according to Disney.
